WSI Class refund and cancellation policy

We really didn't want to do this, but it seems that some registrants are unable to commit to a schedule. If you cancel your class within 72 hours of the first class, you will be charged a $75 cancellation fee which helps us pay for the increased preparation costs (materials and additional Instructors/staff as well as rental fees of the facility) that we take on with each enrollment. Additionally, there is the Online Enrollment fee of $35 that is non-refundable paid to the Red Cross at the time of Registration.

If you cancel within 12 hours of the start of the class or don't show, you will not be refunded.
